Brigette A. Herron


Brigette A. Herron is a Ph.D. student of Adult Education in the Department of Lifelong Education, Administration, and Policy at the University of Georgia. She is from Athens, Georgia and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, a Master’s degree in International Policy, and graduate certificates in Women’s Studies, Interdisciplinary Qualitative Studies, and Global Health from the University of Georgia. Her scholarly interests include global perspectives on justice-oriented feminist pedagogies in adult and higher education, examining the influence of philanthropy and dark money on curriculum and pedagogy in higher education, and teaching qualitative research methodology.
