Thomas Leustek

Prof. Dr. Thomas Leustek currently serves as the Dean of Academic Programs at the Rutgers University School of Environmental and Biological Sciences and a Professor in the Department of Plant Biology. He earned his Ph.D. from Rutgers University-Newark and carried out postdoctoral studies as a fellow at the Roche Institute of Molecular Biology. Dr. Leustek was initially appointed Assistant Professor at Rutgers University in the Center for Agriculture Biotechnology and continued his research in the Plant Biology department. He has published 97 peer-reviewed articles in leading scientific journals.
