Fergus Allerton

About

Fergus Allerton graduated from the University of Bristol in 2004. He spent six years working in a mixed practice in Worcestershire. While developing a broad range of experience, a keen interest in all things medical motivated him to pursue the Royal College Certificate in Small Animal Medicine. Fergus spent three years undertaking a medicine residency at the University of Liege in Belgium studying for the Diploma of the European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine. Fergus enjoys the wide variety of internal medicine cases and the diagnostic challenges posed by these patients. He has particular interests in haematology, immune-mediated disease and critical care medicine. Fergus joined Willows in October 2013 and is enjoying being part of the specialist team at Willows, with the opportunity to provide the highest standard of care for patients, owners and referring veterinary surgeons.
